It is important for the students that parents and educators embark in dialogue about successful practices that cause learning to be rich and teaching to thrive. Some who are receiving this letter have been members of our NorthState GATE community for many years. Some of the children have participated in the summer programs NorthState for GATE has sponsored over the past summers. Perhaps you know us because you have seen the result of an idea shared between the teachers at one of our monthly meetings. However this finds you we hope you will take a moment to see what we are up to. Working to support gifted children (and adults) in their development, we work powerfully when we work together.
